I contributed to connecting a Dedicated internet line provided by Telenor (Atom) Company to organization physical server, ensuring reliable and high-speed internet access for our operations. Collaborating closely with the Chief IT Advisor, we designed and implemented a pFSense firewall system to enhance overall IT security, safeguarding our data and systems from potential threats.

Furthermore, I installed VMware ESXi on our physical servers, enabling virtualization to optimize resource utilization and streamline IT management. Within the VMware environment, I set up both Linux Virtual Servers (Ubuntu) and Windows Virtual Servers, providing a versatile and efficient computing environment for our team.

Additionally, I played a key role in creating Microsoft 365 user accounts for staff members, managing antivirus software licenses through the Avast Antivirus portal, and offering remote IT support using LogMeIn to ensure uninterrupted workflow and support for our team members. Moreover, I led the initiative to build a storage room for organizing tech-related materials, enhancing efficiency and accessibility.

I also developed an asset management system using the Podio platform to streamline inventory management processes, assisting in solving complex IT issues beyond the capacity of our IT Officers, and contributing to the setup of technology classrooms in local schools.
